ORDER, SHIPPING, REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

Orders

  • Orders must be placed through our website
  • Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Jolli
  • Immediately refrigerate all ingredients in your shipment upon delivery.
  • Orders will remain fresh in their packaging, before opening, until 10:00 p.m. on the day of your delivery.
  • You should cook or prepare your recipes within five days after delivery, prioritizing recipes with seafood or delicate greens, before others, to ensure optimal quality.

Shipping

  • Your order will be delivered via a third-party delivery service such as UPS or FedEx
  • We ship to numerous states within the Eastern US. Enter your shipping zip code when prompted for applicable shipping availability and prices in your area.
  • The daily order cutoff time is 06:00 pm EST. All orders must be placed before this time in order to be eligible for next-business-day processing. See specific shipping availability to your area on the checkout screen.
    • For most customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Downstate New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia orders will ship via next-business-day service.
    • For certain customers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Upstate New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin orders will ship via 2nd business day service
    • Note that weather and other unforeseen delivery issues do occur from time to time and, in such case, we will work to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible. Because shipments contain perishable products, in certain circumstances we may need to cancel, refund and/or reship your order.
  • Packages will be delivered without signatures being required.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Your order will begin processing as soon as you submit it via the website.
  • Once orders are submitted, you are bound by your purchase and it is unlikely that any changes or cancellations can be made. If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Because shipments contain perishable and/or time-sensitive products, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, keep your shipment and contact us at [email protected] with an explanation and we will work to remedy and/or refund your order in a timely manner.
  • All requests for refund must be made within 30days of purchase.
